The founder, Katarina Lancaster, holds a University degree in Public Relations and is also an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in the UK. She has additional qualifications and experience in Event Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.
She has had several years of work experience in her field both in-house as well as agency based, in the UK and Switzerland. Her industry knowledge is in lifestyle, consumer PR, and the financial industry. She speaks English and German on a bilingual level, is fluent in French and has basic Spanish language skills.
Debra Engler is a seasoned professional Communications Executive, originally from the UK, with extensive
international experience and a proven track record with global multinational
companies. She has worked in Germany, France, Italy and the UK before
relocating to Zurich in 2008.
Having worked in corporate environments, she has headed Sales and Marketing departments for hotel companies, as well as led a global internal
communications department for a multinational company. She has a particular
interest in, and understanding of cross-cultural communications
management, and is a highly experienced professional in the development of communications strategies.
Debra has worked with leading organisations in the automobile, financial services and consumer industry, and successfully ran her own marketing consulting, event management and public relations company for ten years.
She has a HND in Hotel and Catering Management, an MBA in International
Enterprise and Global Marketing.
